  : Needs better maintanace. The AC in the room barely worked. The elevators needs a vacuum and wiping the mirrors.

  : We would like to complain that there is no working air conditioning in our two hotel rooms (room 506 and 516).It is 25 degrees in Budapest today and the hotel rooms are very very warm. We attempted to cool both rooms by using the room thermostat, moving the dial to 10 degrees, slide switch to Cool and fan speed to high. This resulted in making the room very very noisy and it did not cool the rooms at all.At 18:30 on 25th May (day of our arrival), I complained at reception that the air conditioning in the rooms were not working and was told to switch the room thermostat and fan to off as it is only heating the room.I asked for some fans for the two rooms as an alternative means to reduce the temperature.I am very disappointed that the Marmara hotel does not provide air conditioning as advertised as this is the main reason I booked this hotel!Eventually, on the 3rd and final day of our stay a fan was provided for each room.We also asked numerous times for simple coffee sachets and none were ever provided.

  : Location is very good just a few minutes away from Metro, Parliament and Margaret island. Room was comfortable and quiet.
  : Air conditioning was below poor. The controller did not seem to work at all and room was generally warm. We had to sleep with the window open which is unacceptable.

  : Linen was not changes when entered the room and receptionist helped us and brought the new linen.

  : Lovely clean rooms, we were able to check in at 9am luckily the room hadnt been used the night before, so grateful for that as we came straight from a night sleeper train and were exhausted. Informative guest directory, massive window opened made room nice and airy, beds comfortable. Staff helpful too push checkout 1 hour back free of charge, as well as arranging an airport shuttle for us for only 39, wouldve been a lot more had we arranged it ourselves.
  : Man on reception not the most welcoming or helpful.
