  : Nice location for the hotel in the middle of a forest hill,nice pool,good breakfast,nice view from the room,also fine swiming pool outside.Good for a walk in the area,very nice surroundings

  : The cabins and the surroundings are very nice! Unfortunately we did not have a good experience which could be better if the hotel administration answered our complaints after making us (4 adults, one with mobility issues + a dog) change 3 times of cabins during Christmas (including New Year's Eve)
  : We expected to have a good rest and recuperation + Christmas time with family after 8 years apart. Unfortunately the first night we had problems with our kitchen and accepted to not use part of the burners so we wouldn't face electricity problems. Unfortunately, 2 nights later we experienced the same issue again and we were asked to move to another cabin. Everything was fine until we had electricity problems in this new cabin AGAIN during our New Year's Eve dinner. The staff did not speak English and even though they tried their best they asked to coordinate next morning with their supervisor. The supervisor was not in the hotel during our check-out and we were asked to write an email which was NEVER answered. Very sad that we could not receive any kind of apology or recognition for all the troubles experienced. We live and work in Ukraine and were planning a 6 night Christmas and family time without power outages (which we have every day in our home), and at the end we needed to move 3 times.
