  : apartment is spacious and super clean. the location is so good , close to loads of cool bars and food places. there was a bit of noise but nothing ear plugs cant sort . plus you are only 220 m from the famous ruin bars . I cant recommend this place enough.

  : Although the inside of the apartment was fine for our needs and it was comfortable there were a lot of negatives that by far outweighed the positives
  : The location. You won't find any photos of the outside because it's hideous. The apartment is located in a dinghy back street and the entrance is in a seedy area. The noise from outside is almost unbearable. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday night and the shouting and cars and motorbikes racing up and down continued to gone 3am. At around 6am the noise starts again. Sunday was slightly better. We had good quality earplugs in and couldn't sleep! Outside in the morning it was filthy. We were told we could store our bikes securely in the hall area. This was very narrow and wasn't really suitable. Once we came back and found the front door of the building had been wedged open with a mat (therefore our bikes could have been stolen). Another time when we went to leave the front door of the block, someone tried to force their way in but my wife slammed the door shut. There are lists of what you would think should be unnecessary rules around the apartment. Lastly the owner has decided to use some automated booking system. I can see the benefits of this but I was asked multiple times to download an app to use it (which I would never do) or to use a Web page that didn't work. Overall, not a good stay at all. In fact, we seriously considered leaving after 1 day to find a quieter more pleasant location.
