  : The room is really near the in area of the city for bars and restaurants and not far from the center. It's very independent and you have nobody surveying your movements. Even though the equipment is quite spartan, it's aceptably clean.
  : The downside of being in the "spree" area of the city is that it can be quite noisy at night. The area/quartier it is located in is quite dirty. There wasn't room for a little table and a chair to eat, write or use your computer. The wardrobe was ramshackle. it was priced at a much higher price than it deserved I guess because of the season of the year, and possibly because it was aimed at a kind of public, mostly young and looking for easy fun that wasn't me. The mattresses are made of foam; not really good for a good recovering rest. The pillows are stone hard.

  : Cleanliness of the room and the lobby area. Also conveniently located with easy access to subway, stores, and restaurants.
  : Late night/early morning vehicles noises were disturbing & worst as my room was at the ground floor. At peak of August hot weather, fan should have been provided if A/C is at extra cost per night.
